Upon successful completion of theory test and practical test for each stage, students will receive an email from FileSG with the transaction ID and and you may refer students to the short FileSG SwimSafer 2.0 e-Certificate retrieval video at https://go.gov.sg/fsps-pe-video for your reference. A finalized report of the students results and e-certificate issuance status will be sent to you about 3-5 days after the completion of the practical assessment and theory quiz.
